Our Serrano Ham is made using only ecological pork and sea salt, without any kind of preservatives or additional flavours. The production method keeps the ancient traditions of the area. The Ecological meat is submerged in sea salt for a week approximately, then these hams are washed and they begin a slow two-year maturation process where only the climate and the natural air that are characteristic of this mountains area are involved.
