From organic pork carcasses produced on the farm, a range of fresh and cured products are produced in factories with organic certification by the Control Council for Ecological Agriculture of Castilla-León factory. The products are made exclusively with raw materials from organic farming with complete absence of preservatives and other chemical additives.
